All of our products are imported and have a clear origin. We want to create the customers' confidence in our products and make them feel safe when purchasing and using ours.

2. How long does the warranty last?
• All of our products are guaranteed and exchanged in the first 7 days (the valuable products, depending on specific ones, are covered by longer warranties).
• Customers have the right to check the products before receiving them and pay the shippers by cash but still depends on the courier's policy.
• Our shop will give customers a five-time refund if the products are found to be fake or inaccurate compared to the advertisement.
• Customers will be advised on the products by the customer care staff when needed.

3. Warranty Terms?
• Customers buy products from our shop and discover the defects before using them (the defects resulting from manufacturing).
• The products are still in the warranty period (7 days return and exchange).
